Whiplash, Nack Pain and Other Problems

I treat many other types of cases in addition to headaches and migraines: whiplash, neck pain, pain between the shoulders, shoulder injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, trigeminal neuralgia, Bell’s Palsy, dry eyes, vertigo, and midback pain. Many times my headache cases also include these other problems.

Whiplash

Whiplash occurs when the head is whipped back and forth as in a car accident. Whiplash can also occur from any wild motion of the neck like a roller coaster ride at Great America, a rock concert, a fall from a bicycle or snowboarding/skiing/wake boarding. When you are thinking of where your problem comes from, you have to review not only your past car accidents but your history and your activities even if they did not start with the start of your pain. Another tricky fact is that after an accident, you probably will feel fine. But days, weeks or months later, you might develop symptoms.

Facial Pain, Neck Pain, Other Problems

Pinched nerves especially those that affect the arm and hand, nerve diseases like trigeminal neuralgia and Bell’s Palsy, seizures, TMJ (jaw disorder) and neurologic disorders respond well to my therapy. All are treated without drugs.

If you have a complicated problem, I will probably co-manage your case with other professionals to get you back to health. Many patients come to me as a last resort when other treatments have failed or are only partially successful. The human body is extremely complicated in its defenses and responses to treatment. It is often necessary to have help from my circle of other professionals who are experts at treating head, face and neck problems.
